Luke Bauer — Head Chef and Owner
Luke’ s been a chef for 15 years and is excited to bring a fine dining experience to Mackay. He’s confident it will be a new local favourite! As a chef, he loves the look of excitement on people’s faces when they see their meals approaching – you know the face!
Luke’s go to cocktail: A Rare Martini (lemongrass and Kaffir lime) His favourite thing to cook: A nice prime cut of wagyu rib fillet.
Shayna Smith — Front of House & Owner
Being front of house means you get to see Shayna’s smiling face every time you visit us! Our resident cocktail creator, Shayna loves the hands-on, fast-paced world of the hospitality industry and is excited to bring a new local favourite to Mackay!
While her cocktail of choice is an Amaretto Sour, her favourite to make is the classic Espresso Martini.
